Trip leader: Naresh Satyan
Join us for a relaxed morning of birding along the San Jose Creek in Whittier. San Jose Creek is a tributary of the San Gabriel River, usually with water year-round and extensive riparian habitat that hosts a variety of birds throughout the year. We will explore the habitat along the creek, looking and listening for resident birds, winter arrivals, and any late migrants. The walk will be about 3-4 miles round trip, on a flat trail (very sandy in places), at a slow pace
Participant number: No Limit
Trip details such as meeting location will be emailed to signed-up participants 3-5 days before the trip
