Are you curious about birding but don’t know where to start? Got new binoculars for Christmas but are unsure how to use them? Set a New Year's resolution to learn how to identify our local birds? Join us for a beginner-friendly bird walk through the Arroyo Seco! We will be meeting at Desiderio Neighborhood Park for a short introduction to birding and using binoculars before heading down to the newly renovated trails of the Lower Arroyo Seco as we spot local birds and share tips for identifying species. We will have a few pairs of binoculars available to borrow. Anyone can sign up, no membership is required.
