Birds, Bins and Bear Divide

Huge thanks to all those who contributed to this campaign. We raised $18,000 for our educational programming. While we haven’t quite reached our goal of $25,000, these funds will go a long way in supporting our important work with kids, college students and researchers. Again, heartfelt thanks to our amazing community!

PAS is all about education, which is why we want to strengthen our educational programming this fall.

Whether it’s guiding novice birders on their first walk, or offering compelling programming to experienced birders, we focus on sharing the best expertise with our members and bringing awareness to the community around us. From our Young Birders Club and Bird Science Program to the Internships and Young Researcher Grants we offer, we do all we can to promote understanding about birds, their needs and what all of us can do to help them thrive. The newest addition to our toolbox is the Motus station planned for Bear Divide which will be a powerful research tool in the advancement of understanding about migration.
